We have power users creating their own data flows that I as an administrator would like to access when they are requesting help.

It's needed because the single list look like a jungle !
Thank You

The initial organization system will allow admins/authors to create custom groups on the home page. Custom groups can have mixed content (workbooks, datasets, analysis, dashboards, external, etc.) and will be able to be used for some level of Dataset organization. This is planned for next CY.
We are still planning to unify the visual content (Workbooks, Analysis, Dashboards, Reports) catalog with the data repository (connections, datasets, data flows, sequences, ML artifacts), but it is a larger project.

Oh man this is needed. Our data sets are getting out of hand & look super messy across most of our users.

Any update on ETA on OAS and on OAC?

Custom home page groups are planned for later this calendar year. If it lands as planned, it will also be included in OAS 2025.
Datasets into catalog folders is also an active project, no specific ETA yet.

Update: Customer home page groups is planned for November
Datasets in catalog folders are in 1H 25. While we were hoping to get it done in time for OAS 2025, at this point, we do not believe it will be feasible.

This will be particularly useful to help maintain proper SDLC over datasets while also maintaining our open door policy for FDI.

@Gabby Rubin-Oracle Could you please help me understand what is "1H 25". I am an OAC user using Custom Groups but that is still not helping with managing all the datasets we have which is growing each and every week.
