The indoor waterpark resort chain benefits from one-click guest upgrades and improved integration among properties using Oracle Nor1 in OPERA Cloud.

Great Wolf Lodge operates waterpark resorts that offer family fun across the US. As well as indoor and outdoor pools, the resorts provide activities including rock climbing, yoga, and virtual scavenger hunts. Previously, many of these services were managed separately, so providing upgrades for guests was a manual process. After the resorts implemented Nor1, upgrades were completed with one click—including extra services, guest passes, additional nights—and all were managed centrally. Embedding Nor1 in Oracle OPERA Cloud brought Great Wolf Lodge even greater integration, because agents didn’t need to toggle between screens to complete tasks.
