Please review the below doc: How To Generate a Server Usage Audit Report for BI Publisher Enterprise (Doc ID 1326571.1) For Scheduled reports, we can check from 'Report Job History" I recommend to check the XMLP_SCHED_JOB table for XMLP_SCHED_OUTPUT tables for both online and scheduled reports.

1) Doc ID 2386643.1 is an Enhancement Request and will be fixed in the future release. 2) Doc ID 2409855.1 can be used to convert to base64 and save the image in XML format. Please feel free to let us know if it helps.
