What privilege or configuration is needed to ensure the user could view Demographic Info it in OTBI?
One user can see PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF on the screen but not in OTBI, while another user can see it both on the screen and in OTBI.
The flexfield is configured to be visible in OTBI, and the Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence process has been run. Additionally, the Person View ORA_PER_PERSON_VIEW_DUTY_OBI and ORA_PER_PERSON_VIEW_DUTY privileges have been assigned. However, the first user can still only see the flexfield on the screen, while the other user can see it in both places.

Can you please compare the roles that have been assigned to both the persons to see if there is any role (s) is missing from the person who is not able to see the data via OTBI Report especially data roles like 'HR View All' etc.

Can you please check for 'Workforce Confidential Reporting' duty? This duty gives access to gender and other info on demographic data.

Or assign seeded Human Resources Analyst job role and then try.
