Review all projects in a portfolio to assess 8 key metrics: project performance, finances, planning, resourcing, customer relationships, product performance, contract health and change management.

Get a quick understanding of the portfolio health by number of projects or by revenue. Switch the dashboard context by selecting the report type. Check the trend by observing where the arrow is pointing:

  • up = portfolio health is improving
  • horizontal left to right = portfolio health is stable
  • down = problems with the portfolio

The helper text located in the 3 banner areas, uses dynamic parameters to present easy to read insights to the leadership.
