How to receive responses/acknowledgements via CMK for E-invoices sent to government or customer?

Summary:

Sending of E-invoices pertaining to AR Invoices is tested via CollaborationMessaging Framework (CMK) outbound messages (i.e. sending AR Invoice) using Email method. However, it is also said that responses and acknowledgements can also be captured via CMK. Could you please share the step-by-step guide on how to configure and record the inbound messages like responses and Acknowledgements in AR?

Also, there is one more requirement to hold of the accounting unless these invoices are approved by government? Is there any mechanism to hold off the accounting for invoices that are sent for approval to government?
