Description (Required): FTP adapter's polling feature doesn't allow to read file without schema definition

Use Case and Business Need (Required): We have lot of integration which are simple encrypted file transfer real time basis but we aren't able to use FTP adapter polling feature as we need define schema and causing wastage of resources as we end up using schedule integrations.
