whatsapp channel configuration

we have a requirement to create service requests from the whatsapp. After creating the SR communication between cs agent and customer should go through the whatsapp only.

CS agent should be able to send message to customer directly from messages object and customer receive it in whatsapp.

Can we achieve this?
