How to solve for OIC emails not being sent

The situation that we are currently working through is that when an OIC integration runs an email is sent out to different email boxes, email distribution lists (email groups that contain multiple people for example) and individual people. Some of these distribution lists can contain 10 or twenty people or as few as three.
What we are seeing is that if one email is flagged as invalid no one will get the email from OIC for this integration. Based on some of the research my co-workers have done this is intended functionality; if someone terms (or the email address is no longer active) that email address will be added to a suppression list and automated email will be generated for the emails that are on the suppression list to worked by one of the Admin. teams.
