how to create a custom qualifier for customer programs based on Pricing segment

Summary:

We need to create Customer promotion program with qualifier as pricing segment or one of the segment of pricing profile. Please provide some documentation for the same. However to further add we tried finding the pricing segment on the Channel program Eligibility Matrix and found 'Header. pricingSegment'. However we will need some hep to use this by having the Domain Type as View Object query.
