Chat attachment preview shows wrong image during live chat session

For example, when uploading the first and last pages of a passport for John Doe, the preview correctly shows the first page with John Doe’s details. However, the preview for the last page displays an image labeled with another name, such as Cathy M. Upon clicking the Cathy M preview image, the correct image for John Doe is actually shown.

This issue appears to be related to image filenames. It seems to occur when different users upload images with the same file name, leading to incorrect previews being displayed.
