System availability with Evaluation period setting less than 1 hour

Hi,

We would like a Decision step in a program canvas to evaluate conditions as close to real-time as possible, with an evaluation period of around 10 minutes.
So we are considering setting the evaluation period to 0.2 hours.

In our testing, the branching works correctly under this condition. However, we assume that such a setting may place a load on the server.
Would it be acceptable from an operational standpoint to use this setting? FYI, it is applied to only one location within the program.
