Kernel Panic

Hi. I cant connect to my server anymore. In the serial connection it states a Kernel Panic.

It ends with a  ---[ end Kernel panic - not syncing: Oops - BUG: Fatal exception in interrupt ]---

How can I fix this bug or get my data at least?

Below is the last part of my Serial Log I dont know if its helpfull.

Additional Info in the serial cloud shell connection I can type some commands for a short amount of time but I need a password which I do not have since Oracle is Using SSH Keys for connection.
