We extended the HCM skill to complete utterance related customizations. System throws an error message - "This skill is not based on the latest platform version. You should upgrade it to a newer platform version to take advantage of continual improvements made to Oracle Digital Assistant", at the same time, platform version field is not editable. How should we extend it ?
