Chat auto scroll control in BUI

Summary:

Although I can see in a previous answer that chat scroll is configurable from the Chat Transcript Control in .net. I cannot see a way to access that control or change the chat scroll setting in BUI. Is it absent there or am I missing the location of the configurable field?
